That's the good Lady CJ Burgandy of Burgandy Comics, Inc. getting gussied up on the left and Mooman on the TV, but who's that mysterious figure in panels two and four?!

Quick reference: Lady CJ was a rebel back during the Revolution, specializing in spraypainting anti-Empire grafitti and whipping the opposition into submission . . . with a real whip! Mooman was a newscaster for the Empire's news network, though his loyalties at the time weren't very fixed. Apparently something major happened to him between then and now, especially considering he didn't used to have metal body parts . . .
